What were your objectives when using NSJ Contractors and how well were they achieved when working with you?
“My objectives were to build a new house that not only fitted in with the village and complied with the Peak Park requirements. The house has more than reached my expectations the quality of the workmanship is exceptional and the workforce are a credit to NSJ. “
What did you find to be the 3 most significant benefits of working with NSJ Contractors ?
“The scheduling of work enabled me to make sure that all my responsibilities i.e the kitchen were available to be fitted when ready. The whole project was managed with a professional and friendly attitude and the quality of the build is stunning. To have one contractor that has their own electricians, joiners and plumbers and suppliers that they work with all the time ensures that no one is waiting for some unknown person to arrive. “
How would you describe NSJ Contractors to others?
“I had no knowledge of NSJ until they did a project next door to me and I found that the men were very considerate with regards to parking, deliveries and noise, their finished project next door made me feel confident that they would achieve the same standard for me. So I would say that NSJ are very competent, competitive and conscientious builders. They have a great deal of expertise when building in stone and men explained fully what was happening all the time”
What could NSJ have done differently to increase their standards of service and the quality of their work?
“There is nothing more NSJ could have done the standard of the build is exceptional as are the people working for them. I took out an NHBC insurance on the house and even their inspector commented on the quality of the build. It has also been praised by the local Peak Park inspector.”
